Prepare and cook assigned dishes in accordance with the menu根據菜單準備和烹飪指定菜餚

Maintain compliance with heath and safety regulations in the kitchen 確保所有食品均以專業方式生產並符合公司標準
Participate in menu planning 參與菜單設計
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients 保持廚房乾淨整潔,包括正確儲存食材並貼上標籤
Coordinate with kitchen and service team, showcase positive team work. 與廚房和服務團隊協調,展現積極的團隊合作精神
Requirement: 職位要求:
1 years or above relevant experience in Chinese/ Cantonese cuisine or restaurants 1年或以上中/粵菜或餐廳相關經驗
Experienced in Chinese/ Cantonese cuisine (Fusion cooking background is an advantage) 有中餐/粵菜經驗 (融合多國菜烹飪背景優先)
Carry an open-minded attitude with culinary creation. 以開放的態度進行烹飪創作
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 能夠在快節奏的環境中工作並同時處理多項任務
Chinese/ Asian cooking background is preferred. 有中國/亞洲烹飪背景者優先
Fluent in Cantonese while proficient in both written and spoken English is an advantage 流利廣東話,英語書面和口語精通者優先
